The Rasibalaji Holidays Private Ltd (‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. We wish to inform you that these conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked by clients with the company. Once you book your tickets with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions correctly. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean the tour arrangements and do not specify anything particular. Please ensure to read over the terms and conditions on our website to get a clear idea of your respective rights.

1. Your Tour Contract

The contract placed between the Client and the Company (between “you” and “our company”) is important to us. We assure that the contract placed between us will not be revealed to any private third parties. Rasibalaji Holidays will stand with their customers in matters of any dispute, claim or disagreement that arises between us. However, we are not responsible for problems caused by your own personal matters.

No employee in the company, other than the director of Rasibalaji Holidays, has the right to vary or omit any of these terms. No promises will be offered for discounts and promotions unless they are made in written form.

2. Secure Your Booking

To secure the booking, Rasibalaji Holidays requests customers to pay a minimum deposit amount. This is mandatory for all tour packages, and in some cases, a higher deposit may be required to cover specific payment conditions.

You need to read over the booking conditions and general information for the selected tour packages. Any doubts regarding the booking process can be cleared over the phone or by sending an email to mail@rasibalajiholidays.in. The company shall assist you with any tour-related matters.

3. Payment for Your Tour

After the deposit, you are required to pay the balance amount within a period of one week. In certain cases, customers may be asked to deposit the full payment earlier, before the start of the holiday. The “balance due date” will be communicated to the customer at the time of direct contact in our office or through email.

In case of non-payment, the company has the right to cancel your booking at any point in time.

All payments should be made against this account only and not to any other accounts or GPay numbers.

4. Change in Booking

If you wish to make any changes in your booking, you are requested to directly visit our branch office with your receipts. Changes will be made only under certain emergency conditions. We do not entertain repeated changes. Minor changes will be allowed, but only under specific circumstances.

5. Cancellation of Booking

Cancellation of booking is allowed in our company but depends upon the situation. You have the right to cancel your tickets under certain circumstances. You need to inform us through a call or email within a stipulated period of time.

Cancellation charges will be imposed in some cases. It is important to know that the amount paid will not be refunded at any cost.

6. Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your holiday arrangements, you have the right to contact us at mail@rasibalajiholidays.in. We are eager to hear your complaints and will resolve them to the best extent possible.

Please specify the nature of your complaint in your email. Our customer service team will review the issue and get back to you within 24 hours.

7. Our Responsibility for Your Tour

We ensure that each of your holiday arrangements is made with great care and attention. Rasibalaji Holidays is responsible for our employees, agents, and suppliers during the course of your travel. However, we are not responsible for any criminal, violent, or illegal acts that take place during the journey.

You are advised to act responsibly and enjoy your holiday trip. Please stay away from any kind of illegal activities during your travel.

8. Brochure / Website / Advertising

The information contained in our website, brochure, itineraries, and other advertising materials is believed to be accurate and understandable for all visitors. However, there may be occasional errors or changes to the information at any time.

We request all our customers to review the terms and conditions before booking. If you find anything unclear, please send a mail to mail@rasibalajiholidays.in.

9. No Smoking Policy

We request all our customers to refrain from smoking during travel. Smoking is harmful to your health and others around you. Rasibalaji Holidays does not permit customers to smoke in vehicles.
